IM Stretch 1 - Pallet wrapping machine
Manufacturing companies, big transporters and fulfilment companies can optimize the flow rate of pallets or flower carts by using a film wrapping machine for pallets.
The IM-Stretch 1 is an inexpensive entry-level model on wich you can process the standard 150% stretch machine film. In addition, you can use PreStretch wrap film, which may give you extra savings. The replacement of manual labor through a more automated solution will ultimately reduce your costs, in time and in material. Your machine is quickly earned back. An additional advantage is the consistent pallet winding quality. This also means less transport damage and more customer satisfaction.
The IM Stretch1 has a 150 cm diameter turntable. The film carriage is equipped with a photo sensor for automatic pallet height scanning. A mechanical brake controls the film tension. The wrap-up settings are shown clearly and easily on the control panel. The number of bottom and top turns is adjustable.
CE certified. Manufactured according to current European machinery guidelines. The front and rear interior shoes make it easier for the front fork lift.
Optionally, a ramp is available.
