IM Stretch 3 - Pallet wrapping machine
The Pallet Wrapper IM Stretch 3 is our top model for automaticly wrapping pallets. The machine processes machine film in any desired quality. You can use Powerstretch 300% machine film.
Specially designed for this model is the engine-controlled film carriage with 2 adjustable rollers.
The film is optimally stretched (1 meter becomes 3.5 meters) and little force is exerted on the pallet. For very light or unstable pallets this is a big advantage.
Another advantage of this advanced pre-stretch installation is that you can greatly cut down on the film material and the associated costs.
The turntable has a diameter of 1,500 mm and is frequency controlled. The film carriage is equipped with a photocell for automatically checking pallet height.
The film tension is controlled by means of an adjustable electromagnetic brake. The wrapping program settings are clear and easy to enter on the control panel.
A ramp is required for loading the platform by means of hand pallet trucks (optional accessory).
